Q: how do we pay you?

A: commercial customers are invoiced at the end of each month and payment is due at the end of the following month (30 days)

One-off customers will be given an invoice at the end of the job, and payment will be expected at the same time by cheque

Q: are you fully insured?

A: yes. We have both public liability and employer liability insurance for up to 5 Million Pounds.

Q: do you supply everything that is needed for the job?

A: we supply all chemicals, machinery and staff, however if you require us to supply bin liners, toilets rolls, soap etc these will be charged as an extra.

Q: is the price you give the final amount?

A: all prices quoted will not include v.a.t, and will need to be added on.

Q: do you charge extra for bank holidays?

A: no. We do not charge any extra for these days as we like to be flexible, especially around christmas time when we are needed more by some contracts.
