We reguarly conduct cleaning services of the communal areas for letting agents, private landlords or sheltered accomodation for the elderly.

The communal areas can become dirty very quickly with the amount of people passing through these areas to get to their flats and need to be kept clean on a regular basis.

As we are very flexible and reliable company we are able to cover 7 days a week, once a week or once a month we also do not charge extra for bank holidays.

1st step

We will meet with you to discuss your specific requirments and then we will go away and write out a quotation for the job, and return that to you.

2nd step

If you are happy with the quotation we have given you, we will then design a cleaning schedule for each day of the week, and make an appointment to meet with you to show you this and make sure you are happy with it.

3rd step

Arrange a date to commence the contract.



What is required from you?


We will need access to the property, we are regular key holders for other businesses and references can be provided if required.
